We Do Websites Well, Employee Handbooks…Not So Much

Last year we celebrated the engagement of Adam and Alissa, two NJI employees who had a secret romance, which led to eventual nuptials in September. This year: same story, different NJI employees. I know, right?

Dave and Carolyn were engaged a little over a week ago while vacationing in Maine.

Carolyn has been elusive about the details, but she did mention that the engagement involved a trained lobster, who crawled out of the ocean, the ring pinched-in-claw.

Dave summed up the engagement surprise by saying, “it was like trying to hide salmon from a grizzly. It was the sneakiest thing for which I’m ever likely to be forgiven.”

Congratulations to Dave and Carolyn. We wish them the very best.

Note: Since there are no photos of the engagement, it was either use this picture or recreate the event using Photoshop’s paintbrush tool.
