Uniting the Audience
The American Energy Alliance (AEA) educates citizens to promote and solve America’s most pressing energy and environmental policy problems. As part of this mission, NJI built an interactive campaign for promoting the Keystone XL pipeline with Twitter.
We used the foundation of Twitter’s well-documented API to invite advocates to help build the Keystone pipeline by voicing their support. This action makes a visitor a part of the pipeline, helping to display the breadth of support for the energy project. During the campaign push and post-launch engagement exceed expectations and continues to elicit support for the pipeline.
