NJI Media Knows How To Celebrate St. Patty's Day

NJI Media rarely needs an excuse to celebrate, but when it comes to St. Patrick’s Day, we go all out.

This morning Dave showed up to the office wearing his favorite green hat and Mike [who’s clearly Irish] was sporting a Leprechaun outfit.

Carolyn also got in the spirit by baking Irish Car Bomb cupcakes, which are comprised of Guinness chocolate cake, filled with chocolate whiskey ganache and topped with Bailey’s frosting.

Note to clients: If you need to get a hold of us today, you might want to do that sooner than later – these cupcakes are delicious.
