No big deal or anything, but we were just named one of the coolest companies in DC by InTheCapital, and for good reason: we’re awesome.
But, don’t take our word for it, or a respected media outlet’s word for that matter. Explore what else makes us so cool below.
Exhibit A: Mascot
Our mascot is a punchy panda, whose personality has recently been revealed to be a little saucy.
Exhibit B: Adventures
We go bowling. We play laser tag. We drive on grand prix go-kart tracks. We adventure hard.
Exhibit C: Office space
Not only are we located in historic downtown Alexandria, we have a big blue door and a sunny, friendly space. Clients be warned: when you visit us, you won’t want to go back to working in your office. Ever.
Other reasons to be jealous? We also use unconventional office furniture. And cake saws.
Exhibit D: Food
Work hard, snack hard. That’s our motto. Whether we’re walking to Chipotle, challenging ourselves to how fast we can eat a Rice Krispie Treat, adding hot sauce to everything, or grabbing a snack from the wall ‘o’ snacks, we make sure to stay hydrated and replenish our creative energies often.
And, we’re spoiled with frequent home-cooked meals from our multitalented team members ranging from Italian to Indian to brunch to stadium snacks.
Exhibit E: Decor
We decorate our own office, and the result is amazing. Sometimes we do other things around the office ourselves that don’t turn out as well. But decor-wise, we’re right on the money.
Exhibit F: Swag
Between our NJI notebooks, tees, water bottles and squeezy pandas, there’s NJI swag for almost every occasion in life.
Exhibit G: Uniforms
Just kidding, we don’t have uniforms. But we do have a very unique sense of style.
