Last Thursday, NJI Media President, Nathan Imperiale and his wife Louisa welcomed their baby girl to the world.

Isabella "Elle" Julia Imperiale officially made her appearance at 8:25pm EST. IJI weighed in at 7 pounds 8 ounces and measured 19 inches tall.

According to dad, mom and baby Elle did very well. They have already penciled-in their first spa day together. As for dad, he's ecstatic and looking forward to spoiling his brand new daughter.

In honor of Elle, the NJI team popped a few bottles of champagne this morning. We also changed the signature NJI blue logo to pink. Let's be honest,

For the fourth year in a row, NJI Media will be the presenting sponsor of the International Association of Political Consultants (IAPC) World Conference. This year's conference, the 44th annual, will be held in Istanbul, Turkey. The 2010 conference was held in Paris and attended by dignitaries such as Prime Minister of Zimbabwe Morgan Tsvangirai and former Governor Howard Dean.

The conference will explore the role of religion, ethnicity and culture as catalysts for change; examine the ways that youth, demographics and social networking are propelling the revolution; and debate the likelihood that true democracy will prevail as the Arab Spring

At NJI Media, the early bird gets the coveted parking spot.

Most of the time that honor goes to Dave or Carolyn, but this morning, Joanna beat them both to the parking lot. So excited about her first opportunity to park in the "golden spot," Joanna forgot to finish her parking job.

Carolyn made sure to document the moment, declaring in a written statement circulated through the office: "It's not that I'm incensed about someone stealing my parking spot. It's the sheer carelessness in parking. What is this, Fond du Lac?"
